01
In-Home Consultation
Every project begins with an in-home consultation where we discuss your goals, style preferences, functionality needs, budget, and timeline. During this visit, we’ll evaluate your space, take detailed measurements, and begin visualizing the best design solutions to bring your ideas to life
02
Design Development & Preliminary Estimate
Using the information we’ve gathered, our team will create an initial design concept along with a preliminary estimate. This gives you a clear understanding of the proposed layout, materials, and anticipated investment before moving into the final design phase.
03
2D & 3D Design Review
See your project before construction begins. Our detailed floor plans and realistic 3D renderings allow you to visualize your new space, explore design options, and make adjustments before any materials are ordered.
04
Final Proposal & Project Approval
Once the design is refined, we’ll review every aspect of the project together—including materials, finishes, scope of work, timeline, and pricing. We’ll answer any remaining questions so you can move forward with complete confidence.
05
Contract, Deposit & Material Ordering
After approval, we’ll finalize the contract and collect the deposit. We then begin ordering materials while coordinating production and scheduling to keep your project on track.
06
Production & Project Preparation
Based on the lead time of the materials ordered, we develop a schedule of work to be produced, and we will share that information with you at the beginning of the project. Other than conflicts outside of our control, you will know exactly when the project is to begin and end. If Lighthouse Carpentry provides and installs cabinets only, we will work with you or your contractor on installation.
07
Installation & Final Walkthrough
Our experienced team brings your project to life with precision and attention to detail. Once the project is complete, we’ll walk through the finished project with you to ensure everything meets your expectations and that you’re completely satisfied with the final result.
